I didnt realize that the three video had to be watched in three days. I did see the first and was really looking foreward to the 2nd & 3rd. That really blows. Often just dont have any time until the weekend. I got a lot from the first but didnt get to the action step as i was interupted just at the end of it and intended to finish it today.
Hey Jim,
We’ve done everything in our power to make the schedule, available times and the entire process very clear…all the way through prelaunch, in the videos, on the schedule page, everywhere we can. If you can’t make it until the weekends, it sounds like an upgrade is your best option.
Check out what we’re offering…you can get full access to the entire program, including lots of extras, plus the new Jay Niblick bonuses we just added (including continuing access to the DISC profiles and more training in the “What’s Your Genius” area).
Here’s the upgrade page: http://vbu2010.com/upgrade
Peace and Prosperity,

Liked him. Honest speaker. Self aware and authentic. There’s no manipulation behind his words. I appreciate that.
Thank you.
I am interested in the offer and the basic idea, but very, very disappointed in the presentation. Unlike Marcia Wieder’s presentation. this one had very little content and seemed like more of a sales hype. What was said could have been kept to five minutes.
Give more info and let the info sell itself. If the next presentation is like this, I will no longer be listening.
Thanks to Marcia for some great and inspiring words.
Hi Kathy…I appreciate your comment but somewhat surprised that you feel that way. There is so much content in Jay’s presentation…plus, wow…he gave us all so much value during prelaunch. I guess in comparison to Marcia or Mary, the style is different for sure, but the information is so valuable. Even if you didn’t take the DISC profile during prelaunch, I feel there is a great deal to gain from the simple message that Jay shares about the two primary factors prevalent in the most successful (and happy) people.
We’d sure hate to lose you because there’s so much great stuff to come…
With 24 different speakers, surely you can imagine that there will be different styles in the presentations…and just for the record, I think Jay’s offer is RIDICULOUS, particularly in light of what he’s already given us away during VBU for free…
Again, I appreciate all opinions here…and you’re certainly welcome to yours. Thanks again for it.
Peace and Prosperity,
Jeff
I very much appreciate the information given on this lesson and on the pre-launch video with Jay, as well. The DISC profile is wonderful and I am still studying that to get as much information as possible from it. My only issue is that I understood that there would be action steps we could take with each lesson, and I am a bit dissapointed that the only action step offered in this lesson was to spend $97. to get the action steps. I understand that this is not a program that can be given away, but I am also not in a position to spend money right now. Since I have not had an income in 8 months, I’m sure you can understand when I say that “My cashflow is elsewhere right now”. This is obviously a temporary situation, but right now this is not something I can do right away. I will take my own action steps and proceed from where I am, but I wanted to be heard on this point. Thank you for your time and for this wonderful learning opportunity.
Hi Amy…thanks for your comment…all opinions are welcome here. I can appreciate your situation…so many people are there with you…and many people feel they are only a step away from being able to either explode into their dream or fall into a hole. Our intention with VBU is to share the tools to create the dream. Each presentation will be as different as the topics and styles of the presenters…and in each, I dig as deeply as I can in the allotted time to get you the information you really need to move forward. If you took the DISC profile in prelaunch, then you know that Jay really delivered the goods in prelaunch with the DISC and the educational videos teaching us how to interpret that. I felt that was a very important piece of preparation for the VBU content.
Perhaps I can clarify the action steps here…maybe it’s just too simple so it doesn’t really seem like that is a “step” at all. Remember the two questions: 1. What am I GREAT at? and 2. What do I SUCK at? When you get clear about those answers, the game changes. And when you get clear on the strengths and weaknesses in your team as well…magical things begin to happen.
So, here you go:
Make a list…a short list…of the things you love and are great at. And make a list of the things you suck at. For the next week, practice doing ONLY the things you’re good at and work on getting some help for the things you suck at. Watch what happens when you give yourself permission to work in your own genius.
Thanks again for your comments…
Wishing you all the best.
Jeff

Really loved your presentation which cut through and smoothed things out like a zamboni .
Clear as ice.
I would like to work with you or for you. Do you have ofices in Western Canada?
I am great at speaking with passion and promoting somthing and someone I believe in
and I truly suck at presenting or organising something I can’t invest in emotionally nor ethically.
I organise events for multistakeholder dialogue between industry government and the public at large on ecoological concerns and challenges.
Cheers
Michael
