Thanks for extending the time to Sunday as this has allowed me the privilege to take advantage of the VBU sessions. Melanie Benson-Strick’s comments are going to be well-heeded by me as I am -was!!!- a Lone Ranger.

  2. One of the reasons that I have not ordered any of the continuing education offers yet, is that I’m clear that nearly each of these speakers have offered valuable deals, but to avoid, “shelf-help”, I will need to choose just one & really apply it. Perhaps it will be Melanie’s.
I know that I get stuck with, “I don’t have the money to pay for…”, so now for my strategic thinking change.

    • Hi Mary Lou,

I understand your position and received many similar comments into our support desk. I believe that most of the speakers’ continuing education programs will be available through the end of VBU but I cannot guarantee it. I know, for example, that Greg Habstritt’s offer to our VBU community is limit to 75 people at that price because the “real” price on this product is much higher as he launching it now to his own group.

We have set up a page where you can access all available speaker offers in one place here:

      http://vbu2010.com/speakerscep

If there’s something you REALLY want, my only advice is to grab it while you know for sure it is available. Believe me, I’d love to keep these offers available forever but that’s totally up to the faculty.

One of our platforms is “No Shelf Help” so I’m with you there. :)

      All the best,

      Jeff

Of all the entrepreneurial hurdles, the ones Melanie addresses have been my highest. Thanks not only for the acknowledgement that these are real and big issues, but for the practical advice and reassurance about what’s needed to grow!

    • Amen Janet! I believe that one of the biggest challenges most entrepreneurs will ever face is “letting go.” My personal experience is that I get so intrigued by technology that I find myself diving into to learn all about the various aspects, from marketing to copywriting to wordpress, html and other lovely tools. But then I can get bogged down in it and realize that I have taken myself out of my real “genius” and not implementing “the highest and best use” of my time.

None of us is an island…if you want to create a truly successful business, it takes a team as we clearly established early in the VBU program (with Jay Niblick and others), there is someone who LOVES to do what you hate to do (or suck at, as Jay puts it).

Our community is a great place to connect with those whose genius matches with your own.

Let people know what you need so you can connect with those who can help you.

      Peace and Prosperity,

      Jeff

Looking at the titles of the classes this week I assumed that I would be getting so much from Christina and probably not much from Melanie. Reverse that. Even though I am not sure how to use Melanie’s info, It is really strong and I feel that I will know when it is time.
    Love Prem

Hi Jeff, I thought first, this talk is not for me and I am delighted I listened to it, Melanie is so clear about outsourcing and hiring people, I’m sure I’ll profit of this in the future. Thank you for inviting Melanie Benson-Strick. Well done!

  8. Katrina says:

AWESOME.. Everything she was saying is so true..

  9. Wendy MacKay says:

Excellent points made on outsourcing, joint venturing. Much like turning it over to the manager in the law of attraction processes. If we all live in our own joy without fear of not having enough, but with the confidence that there is more than enough for everyone, we would be less likely to think we can do it all ourselves.

  10. Ellie says:

Hi, I loved this talk and am so grateful to be learining these tools before I start my business…thank you both so much!
P.S. I wonder if the answer to Question number 7 is correct…I believe that it should be False vs True?
