Holy Cow…I loved this call, definately one of my favorites, certainly the one I took the most notes on! So much rich and valuable content especially from my perspective, as a Newbie too. Words can not express my gratitude for sharing your expertise and I hope to find these resources to be invaluable to me once I discover my new business. My passion is Animals/Nature and there is a broad range of business ideas that surround that for sure, I just need to hone in on something really unique, the wheels are grinding. Thank you so much!

Thanks for your generous provision. However the videos are just not playing well.
Mike’s video keeps getting stuck today Saturday 10pm GMT (this is after trying to watch it on Thursday), when I refresh I now have no slides and am back at the beginning with no way to fast forward.
Tried to watch Shawne’s video instead and that is just spinning in one place. Had really hoped to watch them all today, have watched every single video so far and feeling frustrated to miss out at the very end, plus of course time is precious!
Are these being looked into? And will they be left up next week?

I’m watching Mike’s video right now without any issues…and checked Shawne’s as well. We’re also not getting any other reports of issues with videos.
You might try closing your browser and/or rebooting your computer, come back again, his play, then immediately hit pause. Wait for a few minutes and come back after the video loads completely.

Fortunately I waited for the bugs to be purged before I watched the video. The interview was great and the content valuable. I have long known about the power of video and this interview really brought it home for me. Excellent job.

Your interview with Mike Koenig really delivered excellent content that will help me bring my passion to life more easily than ever. I am not in business right now but i have this activity i do with little or no effort and time and again i find out other people struggling to do this. Have been contemplating whether it will be something I can take on to the business realm. I have been having my doubts regarding whether it will succeed but I now know without trying it out first, I will never find out. I plan to do this for free for sometime and maybe somehow it will get to a business at some stage. I do believe the information i have acquired from your interview with Mike Koenig will really help in exposing me to a greater number of people who may need my service. I have to thank you once again for putting the Visionary Business University together, it will transform the personal and business lives of millions and i have no doubts about that. Thank you once again and keep doing the good work.

It was a real pleasure listening to Mike today in spite of the dodgy graphics. I really connected to the “social proof” that he talked about. I am an enthusiastic and successful piano teacher/ vocal coach in London who also will start kids off on the guitar, drums or flute in a fun and relaxed way if it resonates with them. I live breathe and eat music and I am very drawn to the possibility of making short videos with my pupils and even think that with 15 years of experience behind me, I could begin to make training sessions for people starting out and wanting to become a successful piano teacher like me. I think I am ready to connect with someone who has done that to get me started and move me on to an exciting new chapter in my life with much more visibility and hopefully a new residual income. I know that thinking about all of this excites me so it must be true for me.

Who knows what could come of a brainstorm about taking your passion into the world. I agree that your internal excitement is that voice of the universe telling you that this is something to pursue. And regarding the “dodgy graphics” — we definitely had technical challenges with Mike’s video and mine but they should be fully resolved at this point. Both videos have been redone and uploaded. Perhaps you can refresh your page and review any sections that were hard to grasp because of the “jumpy” screen and audio issues.

great content, but the video slide show was the absolute worst of any of the VBU 2010 videos.
It looks like we’re having a technical challenge with a couple of videos (mine and Mike’s)…we’re working on the fix right now.
Wow! The ‘who I become now’ is exactly what I’ve been working on for 3 years. My vision still seems too big, but getting the focus and answering a few questions…I can do this. Thanks Mike! Thanks to VBU Jeff, you have a clear system which runs parallel to the work I’ve been doing in my own little zone-in space, where I would start getting unstuck, then stuck again, clear the junk, knowing not to stop moving forward. Your work is inspiring, challenging, and achievable. I will be assessing my story, who wants it,how to share it in a meaningful way, what is my product.

I am going to watch this again. I was getting confused as the video was jumping back and forth and as I was trying to focus on the audio/video relationship, it was out of sync. I also was unable to get the audio player at the beginning to play. I would click and it would flash to the pause but would not download. I tried refresh a couple of times without success. Perhaps the ball game had something to do with it LOL!! Content was really super and most informative. Going to price a camera!!
Hi Dan…can’t say what the problem could have been. I was watching earlier with no problem.
The Kodak ZI-8 is a great camera…I have a FLIP too. Under $200 and I’ve seen factory refurbished models of the ZI-8 on eBay at around $100.

I had the same problem Dan experienced. Your short audio wouldn’t play and the screen shots during Mike’s presentation jumped around, back & forth. It was a little disconcerting since usually the screen shots relate to what’s being talked about. Sometimes the screen shots were even way ahead of where the conversation was in the moment. I will make a separate comment about the presentation content.
Wow, I am taking a break:) Am halfway through and have 7 pages of notes, these are full legal size sheets, great interview, amazing content!!! Time to go stretch and come back in awhile…
Great job Ellie! And great strategy, too…in order to stay in the best learning zone, get up, stretch, drink some water and give yourself a break.
You’ll retain more information and be able to apply it better…I’ll talk more about that in my “Being in the Zone” presentation…
